Learn about the design elements that make a great abstract painting. During this class, I will be engaging you in the fun techniques of dripping, dragging, scraping and throwing paint to create an acrylic abstract that represents your true self-expression.
I will be conducting this Creative Canvas Class at the Fort Langley Centennial Museum, 9135 King St, Fort Langley on Sunday, November 4th between 1 – 3:30pm.
Our subject of the day is …
Ready, Set, Go! Action Painting – Doing away with procrastination and getting engaged.
Action painting is alive, fun, and invigorating. This class is all about getting into action, and embracing our vitality through fast paced, emotionally charged painting. During this class, we will engage in a fun exercise that will help us identify our procrastination patterns and banish them, and then we will revel in a mess of paint. As we build our creative capacity, we will connect and share in our creative expressions through action painting.
The Creative Canvas SeriesTM is an exploration in creative conversations and painting, designed to explore the various ways that we can break through our creator fears and to create something fun and interesting. These sessions are for anyone who wants to develop their capacity for creative expression, and open up to new creative inspirations that will have you take on a bigger game in your artistic creations.
So come explore your greatest power – to create!
